GVC invites qualified applicants to apply for the position of a Gaza-based Executive Secretary.
The Executive Secretary will be responsible for the management of all the secretarial issues related to the projects implementation, timely and accurate reporting to the Gaza-based Project Manager and Administrator

The main tasks that the Executive Secretary will be required to carry out are the following
-Maintain contact with local partners and authorities, set up meeting and related coordination issues
-Prepare a variety of correspondence and forms, and keeping records
-Typing, formatting and translating (arabic-english-arabic) project documents
-Maintain project files in a timely and complete manner ensuring prompt availability of all the project documentation
-Follow up all the issues related to staff monitoring, vehicle maintenance, insurance polices, etc.
-Keep records pertaining to items purchased, cost, services contract, office inventory, ect.
-Logistic issues: office supplies and maintenance of office equipment
Essential Competencies
A relevant university degree
At least 2 years of experience
Excellent computer skills of MS Office programs
Good Knowledge of Experience of designing, keeping accurate computerized data
Good knowledge of written and spoken English
