Islamique France ( Islamic Relief France ) is a
French based
humanitarian international agency was
founded in 1992
assists the poorest people through
its emergency & relief, development and
orphan welfare programmes in over 30
countries
wherever humanitarian and social
needs exist regardless their race, religion or
gender
Due to an increase in activities & a
recruitment initiatives, Secours Islamique France
(SIF) invites application from qualified
applicants for the following posts
based in SIF’s office in Gaza
Secretary:
(Ref #:2010/03//Sec.)-
Full-time contract
To be responsible for producing accurate
correspondence, answering queries diary management
and maintenance of office records
Essential
Competencies for the Secretary :
A relevant university degree
Years of experience in working for an
international 3-5 NGOs
Accurate typing speed
-
knowledge of Microsoft Word ,Excel,
Access &
Proven expertise and
Internet
Experience of designing, keeping &
working with accurate computerized data & manual
records and books is essential
General Competencies
Required :
Commitment and sympathy to the plight of the poor
and disadvantaged
Written and spoken English as well as
Arabic, French is a plus
Broad knowledge and understanding of
Islamic principles as they apply to development
issues
Ability to work on own initiative as
well as a part of a team
Energetic and able to work under
stressful conditions meeting strict deadlines
Communication & negotiation skills
Planning skills
