Secours Islamique France ( Islamic
Relief France ) is a French based
humanitarian international agency was
founded in 1992
assists the poorest people through
its emergency & relief, development and
orphan welfare programmes in over 30
countries
wherever humanitarian and social
needs exist regardless their race, religion or
gender
Due to an increase in activities & a
recruitment initiatives, Secours Islamique France
(SIF) invites application from qualified

based in SIF’s office in Gaza
Admin
Officer: (Ref
#:2010/02//AO.) Full-time
contract
To be responsible for the provision of a wide
range of administration management requirements in a
professional and efficient manner
Essential
Competencies for the Admin Officer
:
&
University degree in Business
Administration or related field equivalent work
experience
-3-5
Years of related experience with an
INGOs or NGOs
staff
&
Prior experience with administrative
procedures , policies
management
Excellent report writing ;
communication and organizational skills
-Good
knowledge of Word , Excel , Access & Internet
General Competencies
Required :
Commitment and sympathy to the plight
of the poor and disadvantaged
Written and spoken English as well as
Arabic, French is a plus
Broad knowledge and understanding of
Islamic principles as they apply to development
issues
Ability to work on own initiative as
well as a part of a team
Energetic and able to work under
stressful conditions meeting strict deadlines
Communication & negotiation skills
Planning skills
