Secours Islamique France ( Islamic Relief France ) is a French based humanitarian international agency was founded in 1992
assists the poorest people through its emergency & relief, development and orphan welfare programmes in over 30 countries
wherever humanitarian and social needs exist regardless their race, religion or gender
Due to an increase in activities & a recruitment initiatives, Secours Islamique France (SIF) invites application from qualified

Finance Officer
:

To be responsible for
the provision of a wide range of financial
management requirements in a professional and
efficient manner
Candidates must possess the
following competencies
Essential Competencies for the Finance Officer
:
University degree of finance or
accounting
Years of related experience in
working for an international NGOs including
budgeting & grant management
Experience of designing, keeping and working with
accurate computerized data is
essential,
Excellent financial report writing and
communication skills in
financial management
Advanced procurement management
skills
Prior experience with accounting software
packages
Excellent computer
skills in MS Office programs particularly ,Excel,
Access &
Internet
General Competencies Required :
Commitment and sympathy to the plight
of the poor and disadvantaged
Written and spoken English as well as
Arabic, French is a plus
Broad knowledge and understanding of
Islamic principles as they apply to development
issues
Ability to work on own initiative as
well as a part of a team
Energetic and able to work under
stressful conditions meeting strict deadlines
Communication & negotiation skills
Planning skills
