ACTED is a French humanitarian international NGO working in the West Bank and Gaza Strip since 2007. We are seeking

 Gaza Base Logistics Offcer (JobCode:ACTEDG01101))

Start date: ASAP. Salary: NIS 4300 per month gross or depending on experience - Full time position

Based in Gaza City, the Gaza Base Logistics Offcer will bear the following main responsibilities

 Administrative Duties :

Responsible for project procurement planning and supply chain in coordination with Project Manager

Account for all program inventories and management of stocks and warehouses

Managing offce property and maintenance of resources

Managing offce telecommunication and information technology

Ensuring security and safety management Protocols are followed in offce and in feld

Responsible for logistics reporting and keeping up to date fles

 Required Skills :

University degree in Administration or similar feld
years minimum experience in logistics. NGO experience preferred
Excellent computer skills including Excel
Fluent English and Arabic
Strong communication skills
Highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadlines effectively
